Heart for MissionsHelping ministries in the Heartland thrive
Christians working together to support life-changing ministries in the Heartland.
The Heart for Missions Offering is cultivating community by supporting the work of International Fellowship in St. Louis, led by CBF field personnel Mira and Sasha Zivanov, and High Plains Hope in South Dakota, a rural community development ministry led by Karen and Kenny Sherin.
The Heart for Missions Offering is nurturing leaders through Student.Go and Student.Church, internship programs for college students interested in serving in missions or local church ministry. In addition, the Offering supports the annual PAUSE retreat for college and seminary students as well as CBF Heartland’s Clergy Crisis Fund for ministers experiencing a health, financial or personal emergency.
The Heart for Missions Offering is growing ministries by supporting the work of partner organizations that are sharing the love of Christ and changing lives across the Heartland. Those ministries include Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Shawnee, KS, Good Samaritan Care Clinic in Mountain View, Mo., Home Front in North Kansas City, Mo., and Village Partners at William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo.
CBF Heartland covers all administrative fees of your donation, so 100% of your gift goes to support the designated ministries.
